Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Robert Schenkkan's critically-lauded political epic All The Way garnered a Tony Award for its hard-hitting portrayal of President Lyndon B Johnson's rapid and sudden ascent into the White House after JFK's assassination. Now Schenkkan continues the riveting story with the premiere of The Great Society, with Jack Willis reprising his rave-reviewed role as LBJ.

Picking up where All The Way left off, The Great Society finds America in the thick of the Civil Rights Struggle and Vietnam War. Drawing on transcripts, footage and private White House recordings, Schenkkan shines a light on the president's deteriorating relationship with Martin Luther King Jr, his ambitious social projects and the difficult political game he has to play in order to implement them.
