Tedeschi Trucks Band

Tedeschi Trucks Band at Wolf Trap

Why see Tedeschi Trucks Band?

Live In 25 40-date tour

The Grammy-winning husband and wife duo Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks are hitting the road again. Comprised of slide guitar virtuoso Trucks, the feisty vocals of Tedeschi and a backing band of killer brass and rhythm section musicians, the Tedeschi Truck Band do southern-fried soul like no one else's business.

These talented musicians are the perfect match, not only in their marriage, but each brings an electrifying energy to stage. Tedeschi, who knows a thing or two about guitar herself, could blow the roof off of any venue with her powerhouse pipes while Truck's slide solos have earned him the reputation as one of the best guitarists in the world. Expect upbeat, stomping blues numbers and rapturous applause.

About Live In 25

Several friends are joining the duo along the way in select cities, featuring co-headlining sets with the multi-platinum, genre-defying band Whiskey Myers in August and Grammy-nominated Gov't Mule in September. Special appearances on select dates will include Steve Winwood, Buddy Guy, Little Feat, Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel, among others.

Great Performance

I just saw the band a Wolf Trap. What a concert! I enjoyed every moment! Once suggestion. All instrumentals and backup signers are great. But, you are playing to an audience that is morning the Death of Greg Alman as evidenced by the reaction to Whipping Post last night. I would recommend that Derek include another instrumental maybe "Ode To Elizabeth Reed"..... to fill in versus other instrumentals ( sax, etc). Just something to think about. Super Concert! Super everything. I thoroughly enjoyed the concert. ... Read more
