DON'T LET THE RIDICULOUS KAREN'S/KATE'S MISLEAD YOU

This was a phenomenal show and anybody that gives it three stars it's just having a bad life. We were fortunate enough to see Katarina in the role. There really no words for how remarkable her performance was. She's a fine actor and her voice is extraordinary. If you ever loved Funny Girl, you'll be standing up at the end of this one.

FUNNY GIRL

Katerina was fabulous as Fanny, what a voice many goosebump moments! Sets were okay, disappointed that My Man was not included as I think Katerina would have done a super job.

DISAPPOINTED IN FINAL SCENE

My friend and I are were totally expecting to hear the last song of the movie, My Man but for whatever reason they didn’t include it in the production. They also added songs that weren’t in the movie and we were disappointed with that too. Why add new songs and leave out original songs? Head shaker for sure.

IT WAS…FINE

First off, it felt great to be back in a theater watching a show. Second, I enjoyed Funny Girl and don’t regret going. It felt like the best high school production ever with a few Broadway-worthy moments. Overall, the voices were fine, the acting was fine, the sets were fine, but it wasn’t great.
