Operatic fireworks abound Shakespeare's tale of ruthless ambition
A firm favorite of Shakespeare's oeuvre, The Comedy of Errors is a colorful confection of chaos full of witty wordplay, frothy farce, and irresistible anarchy. This bubbly comedy will whisk you to a faraway land where the fortunes of two sets of identical twins opens up a world of romance, seductions, brushes with the law and of course, plenty of instances of mistaken identity! Musical theatre lookalikes Alex Brightman (School of Rock on Broadway) and David Fynn (School of Rock on the West End) swap the classroom for the classics as they take to the stage in this Simon Godwin-directed production!

The Villain of Broadway, Patrick Page's all-new show transfers from Off-Broadway to Washington, courtesy of the Shakespeare Theatre Company. The Grammy award-winning, Tony Award nominee actor has written and is starring in his play All The Devils Are Here, a piece exploring the villains of the Bard of Avon, William Shakespeare. A master wordsmith, Shakespeare's villains were never one-dimensional, with multiple depths and complexities that beg to be traversed. Taking the directorial helm is an expert on the subject, Simon Godwin, STC's artistic director.
