Why see Cher?

The Goddess Of Pop Takes Up A New Residency

Point-blank, Cher is the diva to end all divas. The Grammy, Emmy, Academy and Golden Globe Award-winning musical icon is known as the Goddess Of Pop and rightfully so. With a career spanning over 50 decades, she's reinvented herself more times than Madonna, riding waves of success in every genre and decade, from her beginnings with former partner Sonny in the 60s to her metamorphosis as gay icon and dance music singer in the early 2000s with smash hit album Believe. Don't miss this living legend as she takes up a short residency at the newly opened MGM National Harbor.

At 72 years old, you'd be forgiven if you thought Cher had found a way to 'turn back time', because this songstress still knows how to put on one heck of a live performance. Known for her trademark outrageous costumes (only she could make a headdress and spandex look good), Cher's deep contralto voice has neither faltered nor faded over the years. With an ageless sense of wonder and style, she'll never pass her prime.

Kathy, super CHER fan forever

First Cher concert

Over all lots of people, but loved every minute of it! Would of loved more old school songs, but that's why I listen to CDs and My old records- my daughter surprised me for my 50th b'day, we used to dance to their songs when she was a baby, and she remembered I loved CHER! Love my amazing daughter Mackenzie! Gotta love that she remembered my love of SNC, but mostly CHER ❤ ... Read more

Cher rocked Dallas and took us back in time

Waited years to finally see Cher. We had 3 generations (my mom lives in another state or she would of been there) and not one of us were disappointed. She made me feel like I was young again watching her on TV. The show was like watching a Broadway show. I have been to thousands of concerts but this is one of my favorites. And she once lived in Burleson, that was pretty cool. Forever the Queen. ... Read more

San Antonio performance

Cher was amazing ... and did an awesome performance. For all the negative low scores, let see where these people are at 73. If you judged about the traffic, late start and drunk people., she has no control over all of it. The late start, if there was one, she’s 73, you should have stayed home. People need to appreciate the art of a live performance. She doesn’t sell out venues because she’s a bad performer. 5 Stars all the way... and if you don’t agree... let’s see you on stage at that age. ... Read more
