Could you make it big in the Chicago nightclubs?
Step into the smoky glamor of mid-century Chicago in Chez Joey, a reimagining of John O'Hara's Pal Joey series, by Tony Award-winning choreographer Savion Glover (Shuffle Along, or, the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed) and acclaimed actor-director Tony Goldwyn (King Richard; Nixon). With a fresh take on the Rodgers and Hart Pal Joey score, all is set for a dazzling new version of the classic!
Nightclub jazz singer Joey Evans wants to make it big. But while crooning his way through the smokey clubs, he finds himself entangled between two women; one with stars in her eyes, the other with money to burn. Faced with a choice between his heart or the hustle, should he stay in his lane or risk everything he's worked for?
