Internationally acclaimed Georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili is what many would term a superstar of classical music. Influenced by Georgian folk music, her range is one of extraordinary depth, and within her classical repertoire she is celebrated for her dedication to making classical music something everyone can enjoy. Don't miss the chance to see her live in 2026, with two special performances at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, performing the music of Lizst and Schubert.
Her program begins with Schubert's Sonata in B-flat Major, followed by the brilliance of Liszt's Mephisto Waltz, Gretchen Amm Spinnrade and Hungarian Rhapsody. The Carnegie Hall show will also see her perform Beethoven's Tempest Sonata, while the Kennedy Center performance will include Liszt's Consolation No. 3.
