Randall Goosby is one of the most exciting young names in classical music. The virtuosic 27-year-old violinist recently signed a multi-album record deal with the legendary Decca Records, performed on the soundtrack to Searchlight Pictures' 2022 movie Chevalier and the same year was awarded the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant. Come and see what all the excitement is about during his performance of Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto with the National Symphony!

Completed in 1844, Mendelssohn's violin concerto is a deeply lyrical and passion-filled work and one of the most highly prized gems of the concerto repertoire. It's truly the perfect match for Goosby's talent for vivid expression and a thrilling piece for audiences to witness.
