Why See ?

Three in one

Three of the most arresting female performers on the indie scene today; Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen and Julien Baker, join forces for a hotly anticipated co-headline trek across North America summer, coloring warm evenings across the country with their indie and folk-infused hits, offering a mini-festival style show as each play with their bands in one fantastic experience.

The Wild Hearts

Sharon Van Etten
Having started making music at a young age, the ever-determined Van Etten self-released a number of records throughout her formative years. Finally noticed by Language of Stone, Van Etten released her 'debut' studio album in 2009, signaling the beginning of her illustrious career.

Angel Olsen
Blessed with an unmistakable voice that seamlessly pitches from a husky whisper to operatic cries, St. Louis-born Angel Olsen first emerged as a member of backing member for Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, before hitting out on her own. 2014 saw a change in Olsen's sound, from folky affairs to electrically charged, surging Burn Your Fire For No Witness. Her 2016 record No Woman continued the trend, as evidenced on the insanely catchy single 'Shut Up Kiss Me'.

Julien Baker

Tennessee singer-songwriter Julien Baker has forged a musical career full of dreamy pop hooks, heart-wrenching confessionals and a cathartic sense of melancholy that marks her music as haunting, uplifting and soaring all at once.
