Staged for the RSC for the first time in 2016, Goodwin's Hamlet is a riotiously contemporary production. Casting the Prince of Denmark as a student called home from his studies to the scene of familial murder and betrayal, Goodwin directs Essiedu as one of the most vibrant Hamlet's the company has seen in decades.
Highly praised over in the U.K, the message from the critics is clear, you've never seen a Hamlet like this before.
