The Warner Theatre is located in downtown Washington, on 13th Street, between E and F Streets, N.W. at 513 13th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004 —six blocks west of the Verizon Center, three blocks east of the White House, and two blocks north of the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center.
Downtown Washington is the vibrant home of a multitude of arts and entertainment venues, attracting thousands of visitors every day. Traffic and parking availability are often unpredictable. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.
Parking
There are many parking garages and very limited metered on-street parking near the Warner Theatre. A PMI parking garage with direct access to the theatre (however, it is not wheelchair accessible) is in the Warner building. The entrance to this parking garage is on 12th Street, NW, between E & F Streets. 12th Street is a one-way street heading north.
Please note that the Warner Theatre does not operate this PMI parking garage.
